Order and fulfilment process
Orders are placed and paid for online. Under the dropshipping model, goods are shipped directly from the supplier to the customer; tracking information is sent to the customer once the order leaves the supplier.
Typical handling time is 1–3 business days, with delivery times depending on destination and carrier. Digital products are delivered by email or download link immediately after payment is confirmed.
Payments and currencies
Payments are accepted by card and bank transfer in USD, EUR and GBP through regulated payment providers. Invoices are issued in the name of MFA Global Consultancy LLC.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
